Hy everyone!:-)
I’m Timi. I born is Hungary but I live in Gran Canaria for 2 years.I love Asian cuisine, flavors, culture, people and everything is asian and my main favorite is Korea (… Malaysia, Indonesia etc.:-) )
I’m so happy that I find Maangchi. I love spicy food, (kimchi,japhae,tteokbokki etc..). I always make Maangchi’s kimchi – and other meals – because it is the best I made earlier. I’m happy what I could meet many nice and similar interest people. :-) I sometime mixed the other nationalities recepies it would be funnyi. Theirs names are “korehun” or “Korespain” or “Korespahun” but it’s funny and delicious as well :-)))
