Hello from Georgetown, CO

I have long enjoyed watching your show on YouTube and thought that I ought to say hello. I previously lived in Atlanta, where I had access to ingredients from all over the world, but now that I live high in the Rocky Mountains, I watch your show and wait for the day when I can drive down to Denver to get the ingredients I want to make the delicious things I have always wanted to make, but previously did not know how to do.

I’m the kind of guy who loves food and cooking and prefered to watch Julia Child over Sesame Street when I was a little boy. I am just as fascinated by your YouTube videos. You really do have a knack for quick preparation and getting your recipes and techniques across the screen in an easy, casual way.

Thank you very much for taking on this venture. You have given a lot of people enjoyment and new knowledge.
