Hello from Kansas!

Hello everyone! I’m Holly, from sunny Kansas. During a military career, I learned to cook Korean from a dear Korean friend. After retirement and moving away, I got out of the habit until the COVID hit and I discovered Maangchi on YouTube. She has made me remember all those wonderful dishes Haeng Sim and I used to make and I am re-inspired! We have a Korean grocery nearby, so I’ve been stocking up and trying my hand at it again.
