From you list of Korean markets thru out the US, I found the one in Tigard. And I’ve been shopping for lots of goodies. My first attempt is seaweed salad I love the commercial brand.
An employee helped me pick out a dried product for me. My problem is the dried seaweed is slimy when rehydrated. Is that just the nature of the product or are there different types that aren’t so slimy? The commercial brand is not slimy. HELP!
