Hello, from So Cal!

First of all, I’m terrified of my name… lol. I made this account back when I knew ZIP about Korean food or the language… so I don’t even know what it means! @__@; I just hope “Jichin Yeohaengja” doesn’t mean anything bad. Haha!

Watching all the colorful, fancy recipes has given me a new spark to start cooking again. I’m not giving up my western eating habits but I AM always looking to expand my culinary horizons.

So far my favorite Korean things to munch on are Bulgogi, Ssamjang, anything with gochujang in it, and my latest favorite Kimchi! My favorite thing to make is sweet red beans. Tastes amazing when making ice cream or in bread.

Thanks for reading this. As I stay home and take care of my sick (but recovering) parents, maybe I can sneak some more Korean food into their diets… :P
