Hello from Switzerland

I was adopted from Seoul in the 70’s and found my Korean birth mother 12 years ago. I visited her many times in Seoul and wanted to learn to make kimchi. Omone was very surprised that I manage to make some kimchi in Switzerland ! Thanks to your video ! My kimchi does not taste as good as the one of Omone…I need more experience ! Omone is very strict about Korean Cooking and she probably won’t share with me her recipe…Korean mothers seem to be very stubborn…Can someone share his/her experience with a Korean mother and cooking ? Thank you !
