I love watching your videos, learning about Korean culture, and following your recipes to make new (for us) and delicious dishes! Each new recipe inspires me to go to the farmers market and seek out fresh and exciting ingredients. I just made some spicy eggplant and am getting ready to make spicy chile pepper kimchi.
