It’s like ssamgyeopsal in that you make a wrap with rice and some other ingredients, but instead of lettuce, it’s fresh seaweed (well not the dried kind). Also the sauce is vinegary with pepper flakes and runny.
I remember my mom making this all the time, but I never see it at restaurants. Anybody know what I’m talking about? Or any recipes?
