Hi Everyone, I am new here! I just signed up, and I am very excited about it. =D

I am originally from California, but I will be studying in Michigan this coming Fall 2009.

I found Maangchi by accident when I was searching how to make Kimchi on google.com, then I stumble across Maangchi’s youtube, and ever since then, I been following her videos.

I love her Korean recipes: it’s easy to make, very easy to follow her instructions, and simply delicious!

Thank you so much for all the great recipes!

I will try to make every one of them when I have time…

but first, I would love to start with making my own Kimchi instead of buying it from Korean markets like I always do!
