Hi….I’ve been cooking Maangchi’s recipes for a year now, I got interested in korean food after watching Korean drama on Netflix and realised they eat in nearly every scene and that every dish seems to mean something. My husband is now learning Korean (he’s Swiss and this is his 6th language!) and he flew me to Seoul for a surprise birthday present last year. Can’t wait to go back. He’s also become a great Kimchi maker through Maangchi’s recipes. Thanks Maangchi for all the care you take in making your recipes so easy to follow. They always work out!
