i am a dad with three kids, A Brit living in Denmark. As a family we love any form of spicy food, unfortunately, its not easy to get good Korean supplies, where I live, so I guess I will have to use the services of Amazon.

We eat a lot of Spanish, and Indian food, having to cook from scratch, don’t tell anyone but Danish food is a little boring, for our taste, nothing that a good dash of coriander and chili, cannot sort out. Korean food has always interested me, my youngest 9 and I have just made kkwabaegi (sorry copied and pasted that) after we made them and his brothers had tried a few there are not many left. Kimchi next, I am going to buy the (or try to buy) the ingredients in the next coupe of days, I have also planted some cabbage so in a couple of months ish we should be able to make a load of it and use it through the winter. I guess you can add it to soups and stews to liven then up.

Sorry that went on a bit, all i wanted to do was say Hi

Hi! The kimchi (even the traditional recipe is quite easy to make, and most of the ingredients were not too hard for me to find. The gochugaru was the toughest for me (being in Utah, USA), but it’s easy to get online, it seems.

I hope your cooking adventure goes well! :)
