Keeping that in mind I have recently ordered for Nori sheets and Gochujang online. On top of that I’ve prepared Kimchi at home, with soya sauce instead of fish sauce huhuhuhu…….
Oh here’s a little tip for my fellow Indians, if you feel that gochugaru is not unreachable for Kimchi preparation, try Everest’s Kahmirilal and mix it with a little chilli flakes, it works just fine.
