Hello everyone I am vaishnavi, VAs for short . I recently tried the kimchi recipe and I promptly followed all the steps . I felt it tastes fine but when I gave a bite to my bro he said it tastes sour . May be because Indian picked are very tangy and the taste of it just makes you want more and more . How can I save my kimchi . He says it’s sour . I fermented it in a stainless steel vessel for about a day . How can I adjust it’s taste to suite the Indian taste pallete . Pls help
