I am new to this site, but have been watching Maangchi YouTube for a couple of years. I’m not new to Asian cooking, but am new to Korean cuisine. I’ve cooked some pretty complex recipes from YouTube (for example braised pig trotters). I would like to buy a Maangchi cookbook, but can’t afford more than one. Which would you recommend, and why?
