helloo. i watched your growing mung bean sprouts video on youtube and decided to try but i think it didnt turned out so good :/ this is the 5th day. is it okay to consume these like that?
They are (“micro greens” they are called at that stage nowadays), but you should blanch and/or stir-fry them to destroy the phasin.
thank you. i will boil the green ones and ill maybe eat raw the yellow ones at the bottom.
