I’m new to the forums! and this is the reason why I joined.
Question!
Does anyone know how to spell in Korean or romanized Korean
of Kochodee? (I spelled it how it sounds) I scoured google looking for the correct spelling of it but came to no avail.
It’s korean for Just made kimchi or fresh kimchi. It’s made usually with korean nappa cabbage but it can be any type of kimchi.
This fresh kimchi type salad is called Kotchuri, or Gutjuri, or Keotjuli or many other spellings.
Here is a fresh lettuce based recipe that Maangchi posted. It is after the duen jang chigae on the video. Good luck!
