What is the name of the red dipping sauce that is usually served with Kalbi? I’m looking for a recipe.
I am going to guess that your talking about Ssam Jaang. You can buy it but it is better to make it. Maangchi has her version posted with her grilled beef recipe. But don’t be afraid to change it around for your tatse.
