      Aloha all! I’m curious on how long can I keep the kimchi “juices”? I finished my batches months ago (I think even longer!). I decided to keep the remaining “juice” from the kimchi and every once in a while, I’d add some to other dishes (like soup or stew) that I’ve made.
      Recently, I cleaning out my fridge and saw 2 jars of remaining juices. I tasted one jar, and seemed ok. But,just curious if it’s not a good idea…. let me know. Thank you!

      As long as it taste alright, I don’t think you should worried about it. I’ve kept my kimchi juice for at least a year, and it seems alright till now. Just like my korean friend’s mom said “As long as it taste ok, it should be okay 👌”
