Hi guys , i made my first kimchi 2 days ago . I left it outside and didn’t made that bubbles . Should i be worried that it’s not safe ? I tasted it and it’s spicy with a after taste of ginger. The smell is gingery and kind of strong , it goes everywhere inside the house. I also used normal cabbage as i didn’t found napa. Should i throw the kimchi ?
