Kimchi lover says hello

Hi everyone. I got hooked on kimchi while in the service many years ago and have been enjoying it ever since. Usually I bought it at Korean or Asian markets when I could find it. Several months ago I saw a recipe for making it myself and lo and behold it turned out great. Have been making it ever since. Came to this website this morning looking for some ideas and love the site. Thanks, Maangchi for your enthusiasm and great recipes. I will be trying the kale pancakes soon.
