Good afternoon Maangchi and fellow Korean food lovers!! My question…I made kimchi back in July and had a decent amount of kimchi slaw left over that I put in a container in my fridge…but haven’t stirred it or anything. Do you think it’s good to use on another small batch of kimchi or should I pitch it?
