Hi Maangchi,
I have successfully tried many of your kimchi recipes and I really love them. Thank you so much, I am really grateful. You mentioned many times that Koreans add many types of protein such as cooked pork, cooked beef, whole fish, etc. into winter kimchi to increase the nutritious value of the dish, but you haven’t made any video about this type of kimchi (except for the ones in which you added salted squids and oysters). I really wish to make a nutritious kimchi with cooked meat or cooked shrimps but I am not at all confident about the results when you let the cooked protein be fermented with kimchi (about its safety), so I really need you advices. I do some research online but cannot find any instruction, unfortunately… Many thanks to you :)
P/s: Attached is the photo of my latest batch of kimchi following your recipes, they are really lovely, thank you so much ^^.
