      Hi Maangchi!

      I am so thankful to have found your website, recipes, and your wonderful spirit! I was hoping you would consider doing a video on knife skills (holding knife and chopping technique) and how to care for your knife. I am from the US and I notice the diagonal cut you make for carrots, green onions, etc., is much different than how most people chop here!
