      Hello there!
      I’m a big fan of Maangchi’s videos and Korean cuisine in general. Defining cuisine and linking it to a place is something I find very interesting! Example: If I mention PAPRIKA, beef and potatoes someone could easily link it to Hungarian cuisine.

      So my question is;
      Which three flavour principles alone could define Korean cuisine?
      OR
      Which three basic components/foods could define Korean cuisine?
