I have tried the receipt at home last night. but it did not turn out good. Bottom of rice got burn and some of soak beans are still rough.
I had 1.5 cup of white rice and 1.5 cups of bean(soaking over nite) and 2 TBS black rice. with 3 cups of water on stove.
Can you please give me some tips and recommendation. how much water do I need for rice cooker. It seems semi sweet when I had it in Korean restaurant, Is specail receipt?

I usually soak it first and then cook it with rice cooker ( just like we usually do when cook regular white rice). maybe soak it around 2 hours should be fine.

if you cook it without rice cooker, use medium-low heat, cover the lid and let it boil for 10-15 minutes. after 10-15 minutes, open the lid, turn the rice over and let it simmer in low heat about 10 minutes.
if you still get a rough beans, steam them. it’s should be work. ^^
