Hi Maangchi! I’ve just came across ur YouTube while googling for Korean recipes! Love your humour and style! I know it may be a simple dish, but can I request for the pickled radish? I’m addicted to it! And I’m wondering is it fine as well to use rice/Apple vinegar instead of white vinegar? Thanks!
I use rice or cider vinegar all the time for non fermented pickled radish.
I assume you are talking about the radish salad called musaengchae?
Just leave of the gochugaru for the non spicy version.
