I tried to make the microwave cylindrical long rice cakes. Mine did not turn out quite right. The color was not as white as on the video and I could not get them to stretch out to 4 inch cylindrical rice cakes. They are chewy and taste pretty good. What am I doing wrong?
Hey! What were the ingredients and quantities you put in into the rice cakes and how closely did you follow it? Maybe there’s a problem with the ingredients or with the method you used for pounding.
