Maangchi Apron

The other day, One America News <oann.com> presented an article about Amazon taking a bite out of Blue Apron’s <blueapron.com> profits. It seems Amazon is getting into “packaged meals”. They specialize in gourmet meals.
It occurred to me Maangchi, a known Korean cook and entrepreneur could be especially successful in this endeavor. My biggest issue with cooking a good Korean meal is gathering the ingredients. Imagine a package arriving at your door with all the ingredients and detailed cooking instructions. I’d certainly buy that.
A smart person would bring multiple specialties (Japan, Thai, Vietnam, etc.) under their roof using the same system
I suspect that’d be a money maker with several employees.
