Hi!
I’m thinking of ways to fuse Malay and Korean food together. Any ideas?
I want to cook hotteok, kimbap and egg-rolled Kimchi Fried Rice.
For Hotteok, I’m thinking of putting sambal tumis ikan bilis as a filling. But I am not sure what to do with Kimbap and egg-rolled Kimchi Fried Rice. Do you guys have any ideas how I can incorporate any Malay flavour/element/dish into them?

Curry rice with the addition of a little fish sauce, hot pepper flakes and coconut powder or cream. Garnish with laksa leaves.
Serve over noodles or rice.
