      7 Proven Health Benefits of Dark Chocolate

      Ingredients:

      • 225g dark chocolate, at least 60% cocoa, broken into chunks

      • 115g good white chocolate, broken into chunks

      • 1 tsp Matcha green tea powder (you can buy at therike.com)

      Method:
      1. Cover the small baking sheet with perchament paper. Set aside.
      2. Prepare a double boiler over two pots. Fill in every pan about 1/3 with water and boiling. Then, bring to a boil and place a heat-resistant bowl in each pan. You want great enough bowl so there are no gaps between them and edges pot.
      3. Pour black chocolate and pieces of white chocolate to each bowl and stir until the chocolate really melts. After melting, stir the matcha powder becomes white chocolate, until it is inserted.
      4. Pour black chocolate onto the baking sheet prepared and spread it to thin layer. Dot matcha chocolate in all chocolate layers. Use a toothpick, turn the chocolate rotate together in a circular motion. Sprinkle tiny a little salt, and some coconuts on the wood skin (this is optional). Leave at room temperature for 2 hours, until the chocolate set.
      5. Cut the skin into pieces and serve.
