Mountain Vegetables

While on business in Korea some years ago, I had an absolutely wonderful meal in at a Seoul restaurant. The English menu name was BBQ Beef Ribs with 7 mountain vegetables. The ribs were superb, but the vegetables so very tasty. They were more than an accompaniment; the made the dish into a wonderful one. Given Korea is a mountainous country, I can imagine the various regions have various vegetables, but; can anyone help with a recipe or what Korean mountain vegetables would be most likely served with BBQ Beef Ribs?
