Hi Maangchi I had this wonderful Korean Chicken dish called Na Go Gee not sure about the spelling . The chicken is fried with some kind of sauce with carrots and other vegtables I can not find this recipe anywhere. I would love to learn this recipe!

hmmm… if the sauce was sweet and spicy, maybe meant kan poong gi?
oh and Maangchi I would like to thank you for your recipes. they’re great! I tried your dak gangjung recipe(yummy) and have made it three times this month per my family’s request. although this time around changed the recipe to make it more like kanpoongi.we have a vegetarian around the house so used mushrooms instead of chicken.
thank you. your recipes/videos are not only easy to follow but is also a priceless learning experience.

^ I believe J0722 is right.
Does the dish look like this?

??
If so 깐풍기 (Kan Poong ki) is what you are looking for. It is actually a Chinese dish which kind of fused with Korean spicy taste cause Korean food rarely has anything fried like that. Anyways, I think it will be hard to find a recipe in English unless Maangchi posts it.. but I’m not sure she will because its not Korean.. :/

oh my god! I got it! It’s called Najogi!(나조기)
Thank you koralex90 and JO722! I appreciate your efforts in helping us!
It’s chicken dish like kanpoongki, but intead of chicken balls, it uses slice chicken. I will include it in the list of my future video recipes.
Check this out. I found this photo of najogi on the internet this morning!
