      Dear all,
I am new, I found this page via a friend. I hope you could help me.
A while ago I bought Gochujang and Doenjang in these plastic boxes, opened them, used them, left the rest in the fridge.
Indeed a part of the Gochujang has dried. The Doenjang seems also a bit dry, but dark.
I don’t want to throw it away. My idea was to transfer the Gochujang (maybe all) and the Doenjang in two jars and leave them in the fridge. This should stop the drying process.
But do you think I could use the dried Gochujang in a stew, for example?

There is no mould and they taste still ok.
      THank you for your help
      blue
