I found the recipes for squid and baby octopus — how about a recipe for a larger octopus, say, a 2 or 3 lb octopus.
Yesterday I accidentally bought a 2 lb octopus, frozen, imported from Portugal. I was going to cook it and put it in some tomato sauce to have with pasta then I thought — humm, what would Maangchi do with it?
I would use the same recipe, but the quantity of the ingredients will definitely increase according to size.
