hi~ i started to try a recipe by maangchi (kimchi with squid). unfortunately, i did not buy a squid with a long body, but an octopus with a short body. i wonder if i can handle it the same way~ or do i need to buy a squid for this recipe?

btw my octopus is also losing a lot of water…should i pour it out during the 7 days i keep it in the fridge?
