Hi Maangchi,
I’ve just returned from Korea and when I was there, my friend’s mom made red bean noodles. It was thick paste-like red bean stew with thick wheat noodles. It was also sweet with just a hint of saltyness.
It was amazing for the cold winter season.
It would be great if you could share this recipe.
Thank you
Lots of Love from Malaysia.

I must say Pat juk and Pat kalguksu are basically same. Only difference is that you use kalguksu (=type of noodle) or rice (juk=soaked and cooked rice).
From this recipe you can forget about the balls and add https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Ceg1QN56p0&t=311s noodle from here!
