    Does anyone recall seeing a video on the maangchi site that had her prepare a topping or side dish of sorts that simply involved long slices or julienne strips of cucumber placed into a bowl of, I think, soy/vinegar/sugar, for only a few moments and then served atop or alongside the main dish? I was hoping to find the proportions.
