Pine Nut noodles from KDrama “Start-up”

In episode 8 of the Netflix K-Drama called Start-Up, one of the characters gets a pine nut broth from Gapyeong and prepares it as a hot noodle soup.

Here is a clip of the scene, it shows the food starting 1:29. At 1:15 it shows a note with the instructions he used to prepare it in Korean.
