Hi, would like to know does garlic pickled in soy sauce equivalent to those they provide in korean BBQ store?
The garlic is soak in a clear liquid (don't know what it is) and the waiter will put the steel bowl on the grill and after it boils for a while, the garlic tasted great without the spiciness.

It’s garlic pickles. The recipe will be posted someday in the future. Thanks!
Thank you so much~! Would love to make the pickles~
When I do my Korean BBQ, I use fresh garlic in sesame oil. That is what is typically served in Korean restaurants that I’ve been to….in Korea at least.
