I just wondered if there are any mouth watering Korean DUCK recipes, and found some pics over here:
Until now, you´ve only posted beef, pork and chicken, which are indeed very deliciousss, but I think some duck recipes would really complete your work. Please let me know what you think about my proposal.

We ate duck (bones removed) prepared like samgyeopsal (including the side dishes and the soup) several times in a restaurant in Seoul (sadly, it doesn’t seem to exist anymore), I prepared that at home, too. Just make sure that the fat runs out properly – we bought a special pan for that purpose with a hole and a screw in the middle in Korea. A hole at one side is even better, I’ve seen those even here in Munich, Germany at a Korean store.
You may improvise that by slightly tilting the pan you’re using.Bye, Sanne.
