When I lived in Maryland, I loved to eat at Wo Chon in Glen Burnie. My favorite part of the meal was the assortment of small side dishes (usually pickled vegetables). There was one recipe in particular I’ve never been able to find anywhere; it tasted like mashed potatoes with small green peas mixed in. Do you have any idea wha tthis was?
