I have no idea what this is called in Korean, but I know it must be a fairly common food staple if my mom would make it. She would make rice with some sort of bean. Although I’m sure it’s something ridiculously simple to make. I hated it as a kid, but I’m sure it’s something I’d appreciate now. Just curious if you have any idea what I’m talking about and if you could make it?
