      Maangchi! Please help. A few years ago I saw you make a Kkakdugi recipe with salted oysters. I can’t find it anywhere. Is my memory way off or was this something you made? It was a kimchi with salted oysters, not fresh ones.

      I think you are talking about my kimchi video that I posted in 2007!
      I used oysters in the kimchi paste and made cabbage kimchi and radish kimchi together. https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/napa-cabbage-kimchi
      You can use fresh oysters or flash frozen oysters. If you use frozen oysters, thaw them out and use.
