      Hi All,

      I have Maangchi’s latest cookbook, and wanted to make Samgyetang. (Page 140).

      The book says to leave the ginseng on top when cooking, while the video says to stuff the Hen with the rice and Jujube. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JUmFtHqwrnk)

      Just curious as to peoples preferences? In my mind leaving it in the chicken would help it get into the broth more, but don’t want to make an assumption.
