      I’m trying to find out how to make one of my favorite ban Chan dishes we buy from the Korean market. It is called seasoned cucumbers. But it is not ordinary cucumber salad. It’s seasoned that way but the cucumbers are dehydrated seeming, sort of wrinkled and they have a different crunch than fresh ones. If I had to guess I would say they have either been air dried or dehydrated with salt to remove some liquid but they aren’t overly salty. Anyone know how to make these? Thanks!
