      Dear Maangchi,

      First of all, thanks so much for all of your wonderful recipes, more than six years following you and so much deliciousness !

      One meal I keep going for when going back to Korea is 훈제오리, smocked duck ! It is so amazing with some 부추 and yellow mustard. There’s something about the sweetness of the duck braised skin and the smocked flavor that is indescribable. I always try to bring a pack or two from Korea when I make my way overthere, which unfortunately is not often enough.

      I’ve been looking at some Naver blogs for recipes on how to go about smoking duck to get 훈제 오리 but none are very clear to me. So if you could take a try at it, that would be really awesome. Maybe it’s just not something people do at home a lot, but if anyone can explain it in a clear and fun way, it’s you Maangchi !
