Hello everyone, it’s nice to meet you all.
I have some questions about Songpyeon.
I am making everything for a party to celebrate a marriage, and I have to make some things ahead of time so that I can save time on the day of the event.
I am wondering if I can make the Songpyeon ahead. Would I freeze them as soon as I am finished making them instead of steaming them immediately? Or should I steam them first and then try to freeze? Would it be better to freeze the dough instead and make them fresh if I can?
Sorry for so many questions. Thank you for your time and your help! :)
Take care!
usually koreans do save some leftover songpyeons in the freeze, and songpyeon that already cooked is also sold in the freezer in korea marts so you could cook them then save in the freezer
