Mama Maangchi, I am needing so much help. I am trying to make a good Hameul Soondubu but every time i go to make it using your stock, it comes too fishy taste. My grandma never gave recipe and I try to eat at any restaurant but I think the stock is not working. Your stock with Dashima and anchovies with radish is very close, but after i put the mussels and shrimps and everything in my soup, its too strong fishy taste and i dont know how to correct. Can you please help me?
