      Hi Maangchi!

      I recently was in LA and ate at Hangari Bajirak Kalguksu and they served this pretty much as an appetizer. It was cooked barley rice, some kind of soybean paste sauce, and the yeolmul kimchi. The servers told us to mix the three together. IT WAS SO GOOD! I have been craving it since and don’t know what it’s called!Hoping you can help me find a recipe!!
