      Recipe says 6 oz fernbrake.

      Should I weigh 6 oz DRY, then cook and use all of it?

      OR
      Cook fernbrake, THEN measure 6 oz COOKED fernbrake?

      I used 6 oz DRY and cooked all of it. Seems like I have too much!

      The recipe says 6 oz. soaked (or fresh) gosari (about 2 cups).
